পন্য ও টাকা ফেরৎ নিয়মাবলি
কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয়ের পূর্বে অবশ্যই আমাদের রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন সংক্রান্ত নীতি পর্যালোচনা করুন।
সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদানের পর কোনো কারণে চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পণ্য সরবরাহ করা না হলে, ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফোন, এসএমএস, ই-মেইল বা অন্য কোনো উপায়ে তা জানানো হবে। এই ক্ষেত্রে, পরবর্তী 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
প্রি-পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে:
ক্লায়েন্ট যদি কোনো অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি (ডেবিট, ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ব্যাঙ্ক ট্রান্সফার, মোবাইল ব্যাঙ্কিং ইত্যাদি) মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করে এবং shop.alpha.net.bd কোনো কারণে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, shop.alpha.net.bd সর্বাধিক ১০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে এবং এটি ফোন, এসএমএস বা ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হবে। ক্লায়েন্টরা যে পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করেছে সেই একই পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ড এর শর্ত:
- রিফান্ড নীতি শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য হবে যখন আমরা আপনার পন্যের গুণমান মূল্যায়ন এবং পণ্যটি ফেরতের যোগ্য কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করবো।
- কোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্যের জন্য, আপনাকে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে।
- আপনাকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে যে, পণ্যটি ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য কিনা।
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে এবং আসল ট্যাগ, আসল রসিদ, ব্যবহারকারীর নির্দেশিকা, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যের জিনিসপত্র এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক জিনিসপত্রসহ আসল এবং অক্ষত প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বক্সে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- রিফান্ড এর ধরন এবং আপনার ব্যবহার করা অর্থপ্রদানের মাধ্যমের উপর আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় নির্ভর করবে।
- আপনার পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পরে আপনি রিফান্ড এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
যদি আপনার পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়ার যোগ্য না হয় তাহলে আমরা আপনার পণ্যটি পুনরায় আপনার কাছে ফেরত পাঠাব।
Refund Policy
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
If it is not possible to deliver the product on-demand due to any reason beyond human control after full payment, it will be notified by phone, SMS, e-mail, or any other way within 48 hours of placing the order. In this case, a full refund will be given within the next 72 hours.
In case of prepayment:
If the clients pay through any online payment methods (debit, credit card, bank transfer, mobile banking, etc.) and the shop.alpha.net.bd fails to deliver the goods within the stipulated time for any reason, shop.alpha.net.bd will refund the full amount within a maximum of 10 days of payment and it will be notified by phone, SMS or e-mail. Refunds will be given through the same methods through which clients have paid.
Conditions for Refund
- The refund policy only applies if your product is eligible for a refund once we have completed the quality evaluation.
- For any defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete product, you must submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will notify you within 72 hours that, the product is eligible or not for a refund.
- The product must be unused, returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box including the original tags, original receipt, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
- A refund is processed after receiving your product.
If your product is not eligible for a refund then we will send back your product to you.
